Ms. Rickel often says her job is to do what engineers can’t do for themselves. She thrives in this supportive role as Human Resources Manager responsible for all functional areas of HR including employee/labor relations, payroll, compensation, benefits administration, employee training, and policies and procedures. She is also responsible for the company’s financial information and administration including generating client invoices, accounts receivable and payable, posting to the general ledges, bank account reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, preparation of ODOT Overhead submittal, compiling information for various audits and serving as liaison with the company’s accounting firm. Ms. Rickel considers herself lucky to have a position that combines her love of helping and interacting with people, numbers and problem-solving.
