Project Description
The project included the replacement of existing water and sanitary sewer lines, rehabilitation of the existing storm sewer system, complete pavement reconstruction, and the replacement of existing sidewalks, driveway aprons and added curb ramps for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Euthenics provided engineering and surveying services for the reconstruction of 5,000 feet of Fair Street between West Sprague and Spring Road in the City of Berea. A manufactured water quality structure was designed to satisfy the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) post-construction best management practices requirements. Euthenics completed the application and obtained the Ohio EPA Permit to Install for the sanitary sewer, obtained the Ohio EPA approval for the water line, and filed the Ohio EPA Notice of Intent for stormwater discharge. Full time inspection services were also provided during construction.
